• Application details: your name, telephone number, and email address when you submit the website form.
• Information you provide during follow-up: your driving experience, qualifications, work preferences, and the contents of your communications with our team.
• Technical information: our hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, request times, and security logs to deliver the website and prevent abuse.
• Messaging records: if you separately opt in to SMS, your choice to opt in or decline, the exact consent notice and its version, submission time, form address, phone number, IP address, browser information, messaging preferences, and opt-out requests.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, or copies of identity documents through the public application form.

2. How we use information

We use your information to respond to your application, discuss driving opportunities, manage recruiting communications, maintain our records, operate and secure the website, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, and meet applicable legal obligations. We send SMS only after obtaining the consent required for that messaging program.

3. When information is disclosed

Authorized team members and service providers supporting website hosting, data storage, security, and communications may process information as needed to provide services for DB8 Holding. We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security and Supabase for application data storage.

We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud and security incidents. If you ask us to submit your application to a prospective carrier, we will explain the intended disclosure and obtain your authorization before doing so. That authorization does not transfer SMS consent.

4. SMS choices

Submitting the driver application form or providing a phone number does not, by itself, enroll you in an SMS program. You may opt in by actively selecting the separate, optional SMS checkbox on the application form. It starts unchecked; leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from applying. SMS consent is not a condition of applying, employment, or a purchase.

If you opt in to a DB8 Holding SMS program, messages concern your submitted application, interview scheduling, and requested recruiting follow-up. This permission does not include promotional job-alert campaigns or messages from other companies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We retain the information needed to honor your opt-out. 5. Cookies and similar technology

Website infrastructure may use essential cookies and similar technology for security and functionality. Team sign-in uses authentication storage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential storage may affect some features.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, handling your requests, security, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document and honor your choices. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you provided, or ask us to stop recruiting follow-up. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where required or permitted by law. 8. Children’s information

This website is intended for adults seeking professional driving opportunities. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please notify our team so we can address it.
